GRASSI Pietro

Pietro GRASSI read Philosophy (BA, MA, PhD), Theology (BA, MA) and Psychology and Neuroscience (Certificate, Diploma and MA), and then furthered his studies in Bioethics, Migration and Psychopathology, and in the History of Medicine. Having studied in Rome, Ljubljana, Geneva and Paris, he now lectures at the ISSR at the Apollinare, Pontifical University of the Holy Cross in Rome and in the Master of Bioethics programmes at the Pontifical John Paul II Institute of Theology, the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, and the Institute of Bioethics and Medical Humanities in Rome. Prof. Grassi is a member of the scientific committee of Rivista Italia Etica, being responsible for the Philosophical Sciences Sector. He is also Professor of Theology at the Center for Laity, ISSR Ecclesia Mater, and at the Pontifical Lateran University, Rome. He is the author of several texts, including the latest Viaggio intorno alla bioetica: tra cinema e scienza (Ed. Tau: Perugia, 2019) which he co-edited with Raymond Zammit and Elena Toniato.

Pietro GRASSI ha studiato Filosofia (BA, MA, PhD), Teologia (BA, MA) e Psicologia e Neuroscienze (Certificato, Diploma e MA), per poi approfondire gli studi in Bioetica, Migrazione e Psicopatologia, e in Storia della Medicina. Dopo aver studiato a Roma, Lubiana, Ginevra e Parigi, oggi insegna all'ISSR dell'Apollinare, Pontificia Università della Santa Croce di Roma e nei programmi di Master in Bioetica del Pontificio Istituto Teologico Giovanni Paolo II, dell'Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore e dell'Istituto di Bioetica e Medical Humanities di Roma. Il Prof. Grassi è membro del comitato scientifico della Rivista Italia Etica, essendo responsabile del settore Scienze Filosofiche. È anche professore di Teologia presso il Centro per i Laici, ISSR Ecclesia Mater, e presso la Pontificia Università Lateranense, Roma. È autore di diversi testi, tra cui l'ultimo Viaggio intorno alla bioetica: tra cinema e scienza (Ed. Tau: Perugia, 2019) che ha co-curato con Raymond Zammit ed Elena Toniato.
