Rafael Garcia, MD, PhD, FRCPsych is Professor of Psychiatry and Epidemiology at the School of Medicine, as well as the Medical Director of the Institute of Human Sexuality at the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo. He is also Assistant Professor at the Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia University. Garcia does research in Psychiatry and Human Sexuality at the Institute of Human Sexuality.
